By using MyPhysique you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and at least 18 to use the body scan. By using the app you confirm this is true.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyPhysique for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don’t use the app for anything unlawful.
Don’t use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm anyone; to upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content; to upload anyone else’s images without their permission; or to disrupt, scrape, or attack the service.
Features like teams, the activity feed, cheers, display names, and avatars let you share content with others. You are responsible for what you post. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content and block users from within the app; we review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, typically within 24 hours of a report. We are not obligated to host any content.
Only capture photos of yourself. Do not use photos of any other person, and never photos of a minor. You keep ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide your scores, as described in the Privacy Policy and Biometric Data Notice.
Some features may require a paid membership. If you buy one, payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable.
MyPhysique is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device. Scores, body estimates, and coaching are for general fitness information only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.
Scores, ranks, ratings, and estimates are approximate and provided “as is.” We don’t warrant they’re accurate for medical, diagnostic, or any specific purpose, and results vary by person.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own content) belong to MyPhysique LLC and are protected by law. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it to operate the app.
The app relies on third-party services (such as Apple, Apple Health, and the Open Food Facts nutrition database). Your use of those is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyPhysique LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold MyPhysique LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the app or violation of these terms.
This agreement is between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide support or address any claim relating to the app.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
We may update these terms; if changes are material we will update this page and ask you to review it again in the app. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first at support@myphysiqueformen.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally; otherwise disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the app.
