This notice explains how MyPhysique handles “consumer health data” as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws (such as Connecticut's and Nevada's). It supplements our general Privacy Policy. Questions: support@myphysiqueformen.com.
Body measurements and physical characteristics you enter (age, height, weight, sex) — used to compute your scores and targets. Workout, strength, and cardio entries — used to compute your category scores and rankings. Nutrition entries — used for your calorie and protein tracking. Activity data read from Apple Health with your permission (steps, active energy, workouts) — used to display activity and inform scores. Body-scan photos and the body measurements derived from them (biometric information, collected only with your separate written consent, 18+) — used solely to compute your physique score. Messages to the AI coach, which may contain health information you choose to share — used solely to generate coaching responses. Each category is used only for the purpose listed, and to keep the service secure and working.
You directly (what you type and photos you choose to take); your device's camera; and Apple Health, only with your permission. We do not buy health data from anyone.
We collect, store, and use consumer health data to provide the app's features you request. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it except with the processors listed below.
We do not sell consumer health data and would never do so without the separate, signed authorization the law requires — which we do not ask for. We do not use consumer health data for advertising or share it for such purposes.
We have no affiliates. The service providers (processors) that handle consumer health data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions, are: Supabase (US cloud database/sign-in — stores your account data); Anthropic (generates AI-coach responses to messages you send); OpenAI (analyzes body-scan photos to produce your scores); and our own secure scan-processing server hosted at Hostinger. Apple provides the Health framework and payment processing on your device. No other third party receives your consumer health data, except if required by law.
You have the right to: access your consumer health data and get a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it; withdraw consent (for the body scan, in Settings → Privacy & Data, which also deletes the scan data); and delete your consumer health data (delete individual entries in the app, your scan data in Settings, or everything via Profile → Delete Account).
Use the in-app controls above, or email support@myphysiqueformen.com from the email address on your account — matching your account email is how we verify it's you. An authorized agent may act for you with proof of authorization. We respond within the time your state's law requires (generally 45 days).
If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing support@myphysiqueformen.com with “Appeal” in the subject. We will respond within 45 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General (for Washington residents: www.atg.wa.gov).
If this notice changes materially we will update this page and the “last updated” date. Contact: support@myphysiqueformen.com.
