MyPhysique is designed for people aged 13 and older who train — high-school and college athletes, and adults who lift. This page explains who the app is for and the age protections built into it.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users who enter an age under 13 are blocked at signup and cannot use the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Ages 13–17 get the full training experience — the 0–100 fitness score, strength rankings against athletes their own age, Sport/Athlete Mode (position-specific ratings built for high-school athletes), teams, the monthly league, nutrition tracking, and the AI coach. Adults get the same, plus the optional body scan.
The optional AI body scan uses photos to estimate a physique score. It is available only to users 18 or older and requires separate, explicit biometric consent. Users under 18 never see the scan and cannot access it; their score is built from everything else they train. No one is required to use the scan.
The app contains fitness and wellness content: strength standards, workout programs, nutrition targets, and body-composition estimates. It contains no violence, sexual content, gambling, or unrestricted web browsing. Scores and estimates are presented as general fitness information, not medical advice, with an in-app disclaimer.
Teams, the activity feed, and cheers let users share training milestones with teammates they choose to join. Every post can be reported, every user can be blocked, reported content is hidden immediately, and reports are reviewed. There is no public chat, no direct messaging between strangers, and no location sharing.
For users aged 13–17 we do not sell personal data, do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling, and collect only what the app needs to work. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has an account can contact us at support@myphysiqueformen.com and we will delete it.
The app is free to use. An optional membership is billed through the Apple App Store, where Family Sharing's Ask to Buy and Screen Time purchase controls apply for younger users.
